January 2012 Prize Contest!
The Prize is a genuine brand-new Martinique XL T-shirt supplied by Goultek!
The contest is easy. (mwhaaa)
Start a new Maru pilot and register the name with an admin.
You are NOT allowed to use missiles, mines, merchant thruster or armor addons.
You can use the following:
3x Sunrail class 6
2x Sunrail turrets class 6
Sentinel Fr Shield class 5
Thrifty thruster
Nanos
Bats
2 CM droppers as bonus can be mounted
Admins will pop in now and then to verify that you are setup correctly. You will be disqualified if illegal equipment is found.
The contest starts with you doing both Roads to Glory (provide the normal screenshots and receive that standard Maru Challenge reward of $200 mil per road).
Then, proceed to map out as many bases in the UnderVerse as you can.
At the end of the month, the person who has done both roads and has the most bases plotted wins!
Easy...peasy :)

For the january prize you need to have a brand new Maru with basic setup, but you can add CM droppers. Register online with the new ship with any admin It must be a new ship that did not map out anything yet viewtopic.php?f=14&t=4516Give the ship a name easy to track (not a spelling variation of an existing ship like small "L" and large "i"s), admins will pop in every now and then to check your setup and progress

Same problem for most of the participants, they have a faction space off limit, though Aesir are on their way to try and win it
Give it a shot just to see if you can map out more than the others

Note update on rules, 2 Cm droppers can be mounted on the Maru, forgot they can mount 2 of em, so feel free to mount as much CM droppers as you can fit

Dont give up yet folks, still 20 days to go before the end of the event! Only the ones that have the best progress in their mission get a chance of winning this nice T-Shirt! So get out there and do the RTG and land on as many bases as you can!
