It appears to be the power supply (blinking amber light on a Dell Poweredge SC430).
Not sure if a generic power supply will fit it so I will order a used Dell PS tomorrow after I dump some money into pal-pal.
It may be a week or more before I get the replacement.

The power supply should be arriving tomorrow. Then I get to see if it boots back up

FIXED! Everything is up and running.
The new power supply was an exact fit, it only took 20 minutes of feeding things around to replace it.
As a side note, we have lost the ripservers.com that we use in the desktop shortcut but it seems to still be working to join the server. If it ever stops working replace that with the IP 73.99.199.124
